At just 6ft by13ft the dimensions of the kitchen featured here were already quite restrictive.
The location of the door and the position of the two windows along one of the two long walls, in such a narrow room, really left only 2 walls to work with.

Despite these spatial restrictions an extensive list of integrated under-counter appliances including extra wide drawer-fridges, freezer & dish-washer was accompanied by the large colour-matching range cooker positioned between the windows.

The integrated dishwasher, wall-mounted boiler, drawers, glazed and solid wall-cupboard storage were all brought together on the shorter wall forming a "classic dresser" arrangement complete with base and wall ornamental pilasters, dentil moulding cornicing and feature pediment top-detail.

Two white ceramic sinks, solid brass ironmongery, dark hardwood surfaces and reclaimed period tiling join the hand-painted freestanding antique kitchen side-table with twin wicker vegetable baskets to create the visual impression of a traditional Victorian butler's pantry.

The two ceiling-mounted Venetian glass lantern lights, mosaic splash back tiling and other accessories are all in bottle green, re-enforcing the room's period atmosphere.

The final result is a warm and cosy kitchen with a deceptively spacious feel and which lacks none of the usual "big-kitchen" facilities.
